feat(ui): add page refresh shortcuts and fix zoom toaster behavior

- Add Ctrl+R, Ctrl+Shift+R, and F5 keyboard shortcuts for page refresh
- Implement Reload() and ReloadBypassCache() WebKit methods
- Fix zoom toaster showing on every same-domain navigation
- Add _blank link handler to load popups in current window
- Update README with new keyboard shortcuts
