fix: remove local replace directive, use published purego-sqlite v0.1.1

Remove the ../purego-sqlite local replace that breaks CI and use the
published v0.1.1 which includes datetime parsing support in the driver.
Also fix import grouping in omnibox.go per CodeRabbit review.
