feat(webui): config page improvements, bridge adaptation, vite build updates

- Extend ConfigPage with new sections and improved layout
- Update bridge.ts for internal HTTPS origin compatibility
- Update vite-plugin-pages for multi-page build
- Add webui config payload type
- Refactor webkit scheme_handler (extract shared logic)
- Update appearance coordinator for engine-agnostic theming
- Add cef-helper binary
