refactor(webkit): enable FaviconDatabase, fix glib object handling

- Add GetFaviconDatabase() to WebView wrapper
- Remove favicon signal registration (now in FaviconService)
- Fix coreglib.InternObject() → glib.BaseObject() in NewBareRelatedWebView
- Update setupFaviconHandlers to enable favicon collection only
- Update TLS certificate struct alignment (formatting)
