fix(cef): call WasHidden(0) on browser creation for immediate caret visibility

CEF OSR starts browsers in hidden state, suppressing UI elements like
the text input caret until explicitly marked visible. Without this call,
the caret would only appear after an unrelated internal event forced CEF
to reconsider visibility state.
