detached 49d6992

fix(web): harden CSP and headers, ignore htmx in untrusted HTML, cache health checks

- CSP adds base-uri 'none', form-action 'self', object-src 'none'
- HSTS when the public URL is https
- hx-ignore on README and code view containers
- htmx-config meta disables unused history and indicator CSS, limits extensions
- health check result cached for 5s
- raw route logs the redacted path
