Add more localization support and optimize container listing UI

1. Backend Changes:
    - Renamed uploadimage.go to uploadcontainerimage.go.
    - Removed unused `CreatedStr` field from HumanReadableContainer struct in `containers.go`.
    - Added localization support by fetching localized YAML data to be used in the container manager UI.

2. HTML Template Updates:
    - Replaced static titles and labels with dynamic localized strings in `containerlist.gohtml` and `manager.gohtml`.
    - Modified error divs to use the HTML `hidden` attribute for cleaner HTML in `manager.gohtml`.
    - Added table headers and made layout adjustments for better readability in `containerlist.gohtml`.

3. Localization:
    - Added English and French translations for container management UI in `locstrings.yml`.
