fix(chat): improve UX with scroll, notifications, and font style persistence

- Fix chat not scrolling to bottom on page load/refresh
- Persist mention read state in database instead of memory
- Apply user's saved font style after login

Adds lastReadMentionTimestamp field to users table to track which
mentions have been read across sessions and devices. When a mention
becomes visible, the timestamp is updated server-side via debounced
API call.
