fix: heap-resident scratch for modifier names; broaden tests; document raw API change
State owns a mutex-guarded name scratch for ModNameActive. Adds tests for long modifier names, KeysymNameInto short buffers, invalid mod indices, RMLVO rule names and zero raw.Funcs, and documents the v0.2.0 raw changes.
