Core: All class constructors should return their constructed types

Returning expected types removes a lot of friction when using the API by
avoiding the need to manage multiple variables and Cast()ing between them
when handling a single object.

BREAKING CHANGE: All class constructors now return their constructed
types, rather than ancestor types.
