fix(postinstall): correct download URLs for post-boot files

Fixed 404 errors during post-install by correcting GitHub download paths:
- Changed post-boot service path from assets/systemd/ to install/post-boot/
- Changed post-boot scripts path from assets/post-boot/ to install/post-boot/

Also updated AUR helper descriptions to mention implementation language (Rust/Go).
