feat(packages): add essential runtime libs for Wayland desktop
Add packages that are commonly missing and silently break functionality: - udisks2/polkit: disk mounting without root - gtk3/gtk4/libadwaita: GTK runtime - gvfs + mtp/gphoto2/smb: virtual filesystem, Android/camera/network - qt5/qt6 wayland/svg/ct: Qt native Wayland + icon rendering - wl-clipboard/wl-clip-persist: clipboard support - xdg-desktop-portal + gtk backend: screen share, file chooser - gstreamer full stack + gst-libav + ffmpeg: H.264 and multimedia - tumbler + ffmpegthumbnailer + poppler-glib + libgsf + webp-pixbuf-loader: thumbnails - libwebp/libavif/libheif/libjxl: modern image formats - noto-fonts-emoji/ttf-dejavu/ttf-liberation: font baseline - p7zip: archive support
