feat(zoom): integrate toast notifications with zoom level changes

- Connect zoom change events to toast display system
- Add JavaScript execution to call __dumber_showZoomToast on zoom changes
- Include error handling and debugging for zoom toast integration
- Zoom toasts now appear automatically on Ctrl+/- and zoom operations
