fix(navigation): confirm external scheme launches instead of looping back
OAuth flows ending with a redirect to claude://, vscode:// and similar were stopped and navigated back, which re-issued the OAuth redirect in a loop and never reached the desktop app. The pane now stops and asks the user, through the window permission popup, whether to open the external application.
