feat(flatpak): add Flatpak packaging support (WIP)

- Add Flatpak manifest (dev.bnema.Dumber.yml)
- Add desktop entry and AppStream metainfo
- Add GitHub Actions workflow for Flatpak builds
- Add Makefile targets for local Flatpak builds
- Disable in-app updater when running in Flatpak sandbox
- Update .gitignore for Flatpak build artifacts

Note: npm/vite PATH issue needs resolution before builds work
