refactor(browser): simplify webview.go for gotk4 webkit.Config

Major refactoring to align with gotk4's simplified webkit.Config structure:

REMOVED:
- buildMemoryConfig() - MemoryConfig type doesn't exist in gotk4
- buildColorPalettes() - ColorPalettes type doesn't exist in gotk4
- All custom webkit.Config fields (Assets, InitialURL, ZoomDefault,
  EnableDeveloperExtras, DataDir, CacheDir, APIToken, fonts, Rendering,
  UseDomZoom, VideoAcceleration, Memory, CodecPreferences, Colors)

SIMPLIFIED:
- buildWebkitConfig() - now only sets basic WebKit settings:
  - UserAgent (from config or default)
  - EnableJavaScript, EnableWebGL, EnableMediaStream
  - HardwareAcceleration
  - DefaultFontSize, MinimumFontSize
- Added buildUserAgent() helper for user agent construction

ADAPTED:
- Removed cfg.CreateWindow assignment (window creation is automatic)
- Fixed SetupWebKitDebugLogging() call (no parameters in gotk4)
- Updated content filtering comments (now via UserContentManager)
- Simplified UpdateContentFilters and InitializeContentBlocking calls
- Fixed WebView.ID() format string (uint64 not string)
- Removed unused imports (strings, environment)

NOTE: Application-level configuration (colors, memory management, video
acceleration, codec preferences) is now handled at the application level,
not passed to webkit.Config. The gotk4 webkit.Config only contains basic
WebKit settings.

Fixed 33 compilation errors.
