chore(changelog): add popup refactoring changes

Document major changes in [Unreleased]:
- Native WebKit popup lifecycle implementation
- Popup behavior configuration (split/stacked/tabbed/windowed)
- Removal of JavaScript window.open interception
- Fix for popup SIGSEGV crashes and GTK bloom filter corruption
