refactor(gui): remove JavaScript window.open interception

Remove ~280 lines of window.open interception code:
- WindowOpenDebouncer class and deduplication logic
- User interaction tracking
- Fake window proxy creation
- WindowIntent message passing

JavaScript no longer intercepts window.open - WebKit's native
create signal handles it properly at the browser layer.
