feat(omnibox): add favorites system with persistent storage and keyboard controls

Add comprehensive favorites feature to omnibox with database persistence and intuitive keyboard navigation:

Backend:
- Add favorites table with SQLite migration and SQLC queries
- Implement FavoritesCache with generic cache framework
- Add browser service methods: GetFavorites(), IsFavorite(), ToggleFavorite()
- Add message handlers for favorites operations
- Load favorites cache in parallel at startup

Frontend:
- Add Tab key to switch between History and Favorites views
- Add Space key to toggle favorite status (add/remove)
- Add yellow left border indicator for favorited items
- Add view mode tabs with counts (History/Favorites)
- Add empty state with helpful hints for empty favorites
- Persist view mode preference in localStorage
- Add local filtering in Favorites view

Architecture:
- Refactor to unified bridge system for main-world to isolated-world communication
- Document world isolation patterns (window functions vs CustomEvents)
- Add toast notification bridges
- Fix bootstrap initialization to allow omnibox mounting

UX improvements:
- Hide empty state in History view until user types
- Increase vertical spacing between suggestions (0.85rem)
- Smooth view switching with Tab key
- Immediate visual feedback on Space key press
