feat(core): animate the stash show, hide and navigation
toggle-stash-visible makes the windows it brings on screen appear and the ones it hides leave (fade and 90 % scale, from their last settled placement); a navigation that brings a window to a margin or sends a peek off does the same. The peek veil goes through the dim component, as an offset from the configured Stash.Dim.
