internal/fakecgo: gate go_freebsd.go to amd64/arm64 (#464)

FreeBSD is only supported and CI-tested on amd64 and arm64, matching
NetBSD. However go_freebsd.go was tagged just `!cgo` with no arch gate,
so freebsd/386 and freebsd/arm silently compiled in pure-Go
(CGO_ENABLED=0) mode despite never being built in CI or run-tested.

NetBSD already guards against this: go_netbsd.go carries
`!cgo && (amd64 || arm64)` so netbsd/386 and netbsd/arm fail to build
with `undefined: threadentry`. Mirror that on FreeBSD by adding the
same arch constraint to go_freebsd.go (and only that file, exactly as
NetBSD gates only go_netbsd.go). 32-bit FreeBSD now refuses to build in
fakecgo mode instead of shipping an untested binary.

Closes #463
