Graphics harness fixtures

pngsuite-exif2c08.png.b64 is the Base64 representation of PNGSuite's exif2c08.png: a 32×32 truecolour PNG carrying an eXIf ancillary chunk. It is stored as text so fixtures remain inspectable in ordinary diffs; tests decode it before handing it to the PNG decoder.
