#1 fix(provider): report Anthropic cache hit ratio

updated

The TUI cache-hit percentage was hidden for Anthropic models. The adapter read cache_read/cache_creation tokens but never set CacheMeasuredPromptTokens/CacheMeasuredReadTokens, so Usage.CacheHitRatio() reported "unknown".

  • Set the measured fields when the stream explicitly carries cache usage (message_start or message_delta, including explicit zeros).
  • Anthropic-compatible endpoints that omit cache fields stay "unknown" instead of a fake 0%.
  • Tests: hit, known miss, delta-only fields, no cache fields.

Checks: go test ./..., go vet ./packages/provider, gofmt, git diff --check. Wrap-up review done; its finding (explicit zero deltas) is fixed.

Merged locally into main (a43179a) and pushed; failing CI checks block the server merge until the CI fix lands.
